spam meter: this is to make sure we have zero spam on the forums if you get a full meter of 100 makes you have a 1 month ban every week you are good it goes down by 10 points
ban meter: this is so we can check everyones ban amount a full ban meter of 200 is a year ban every month of being not banned it goes down by 10 points
