Sleep Clause: You cannot use a move that induces sleep on your opponents if another of their Pokémon are sleeping. When said Pokémon awakens, you may put another to sleep, effect spore and rest do not count.
Species Clause: You are not permitted to bring more than one Pokémon of the same species into a battle.
Evasion Clause: You are not permitted to use any moves that increase your evasion, including Acupressure(1/7 chance of increase) but not including Sand-Attack.
OHKO Clause: You are not permitted to use any of the OHKO moves, these are: Fissure, Horn Drill, Sheer Cold, and Guillotine.
No illegal hacks clause: If you use any hacks then they must be legitimate, the following are not permitted: 31 IVs in all stats, 252 EVs in all stats, illegal movesets, illegal abilities, or any other illegal aspects. Hacking legitimately is ok.
No Ubers: You are not permitted to use any of the Pokémon currently residing on the Uber list on the site. A list of Ubers is as follows: Arceus, Darkrai, Deoxys (all forms), Dialga, Garchomp, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latias (with Soul Dew), Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mew, Mewtwo, Palkia, Rayquaza, Shaymin-S, Wobbuffet.
No Disconnecting: You cannot turn off your DS or move far from the wireless router to end a battle.
No Hax Items: This means any item that change your stats or your opponents stats are banned. The list is as follows:
Brightpowder
Focus Band
King's Rock
Lax Incense
Quick Claw
Razor Claw
Razor Fang
Scope Lens
Generally Scope Lens and Razor Claw are accepted however.
Other Rules
These rules are not standard, they are OPTIONAL extra's...
Self KO: You cannot use Destiny Bond, Explosion, Selfdestruct, or Perish Song if you and your opponent only have one Pokémon left, to force a tiebreak.
Item Clause: Two Pokémon may not hold the same item. Trick and Switcheroo so not count.
Freeze Clause: Your Pokémon cannot freeze more than one Pokémon at once on your opponents team.
No Weather: You may not use any Pokémon or moves that start a weather condition. Banned Pokémon include:
Abomasnow
Hippowdon
Tyranitar
No SkarmBliss: You cannot use both Skarmory and Blissey on your team.
No Legendaries: You are not permitted to use any legendaries on your team.
No Chaining: This stops you from using Baton Pass chains to get multiple boosts.
No Switching: You are not allowed to switch.
Confusion Clause: No attacks that can induce confusion are permitted.
Choice Clause: You can only use one Choice item (Band, Specs, Scarf) in your team.
